In the occasion the Municipality of Deirmimas held a celebration in the presence of Colonel Dakhil Gerges representing General Sleiman. In his speech, Dr. Kamel Morkos thanked the Army for all it is doing for our people and took the occasion to remember army Martyrs from Deirmimas and afterwards honored Deirmimasees who have reached the highest ranks in the Army. In the end a documentary about the army was played and circles of "Dabke" were held to the music of patriotic songs.
