year's Festival was like no other.....The huge crowd, the "zafffeh"
for the newly weds, The Great performance of three lovely Deirmimasees
who sang old Lebanese songs, the food and the overall ambience of joy
and happiness, all contributed into making the Festival a very special
event that every Deirmimasee should look forward to be a part of in the
coming years..... |

The
"Zaffeh"
The
Festival coincided with the wedding of Toni Gaith & Fadia
Hourani, and so the Municipality that organized the event
prepared a gesture for the newly weds. A "zaffeh" ,
the traditional way with costumes and old music escorted the
bride and groom into the school yard where the event was
held.............. |
